Block 1

PHASE 1 BUILD 
Split: 3x Lower & 2x Upper
Please conduct a 5 minute warm up with core-work & stretching to help you prime your joints before your session.
You'll see some sets programmed as (for eg) 12, 10, 8, 6
This means that I want you to complete less reps but slightly increase your weight each set.
You'll also sometimes see sets programmed as (for eg) 12, 10, 8, 20
This means I want you to increase your weight while lowering your reps and then on your last set: lower the weight and increase the reps.
I am HUGE on form over weight, so definitely work on nailing your technique before increasing weight. You'll get better results with an amazing mind to muscle connection and lower weights then just moving some heavy sh*t with no intention.
